    Beckham should have signed for Chelsea in 2003 instead of Real. They were over the top and Spain and La Liga is different from England and the Premier League in so many ways. Chelsea was an up-and-coming team. In hindsight I think Beckham would have been by far the greatest English footballer ever if he had moved to London and Chelsea. He was just too loyal.

    Did David cry there at the end? It looked like he was. Anyway, what a great night, an emotional night! I doubt he’ll go back from to England next year but I hope Fergie listen to the fans and sign him up for the last time next year. There’s only one David Beckham! There’s only one Gary Neville and all the guys of Fergie’s Fledglings too!!
